Summary: We had great stay at Osprey. The location of the house is excellent- only a few steps away from the Tropic of Cancer beach. It’s one of the best beaches at Exuma. There is a restaurant/bar at beach entrance. They sell very good burgers. House host, Richard and Shauna are in Canada. When there was a storm and power outage they called me and told us where to find battery powered fans and charger. So helpful. Luckily the power cut only lasted a few hours. There is no washer/ dryer in the house. But the cleaning lady Dianna changed towels, bringing fresh water and helped our laundry. This house looks very new and A/C are very powerful. The furnitures are very new, too. Beds are very comfortable. We chose this house because they allow pets. It’s very hard to find a water front property allowing pets. We brought our dog with us. He loves the beach. Starlink is very good. So our teenager boy is happy. The kitchen has so many plates, cups, tools, everything we need. Also we used kayaks for exploring two islands near the beach. It was super fun. Nearby restaurants we liked Arwark Club (best conch fritters) and Tropic Breeze. Blu on the water is one of the finest restaurants on the island. All of our family enjoyed the stay. Really appreciate it.
